You are the point of contact for our MS Dynamics 365 Business Central users, provide global 1st & 2nd level support, maintain master data and optimize our digital processes. Your thinking and actions are equally pragmatic as well as analytical and structured. You are convincing and characterized by diplomacy and competence.
Your Tasks
- Supporting our users and processing their support requests
- Support of integrations with other systems such as logistics and production equipment as well as continuous implementation of further functionalities of the Dynamics 365 platform
- Carrying out configurations, updates and change requests
- Collaboration and coordination in projects from various departments and external service providers
- Developing training concepts, adaptation of technical documentation, and training key users
- Monitoring data integrity and performing data cleansing and data migrations
- Supporting the development, implementation, and ensuring of business-critical master data through uniform regulations
- Supporting data integration and report creation using Power BI
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in administration, configuration and maintenance of ERP systems – ideally with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or former Navision)
- Strong understanding of business processes and mapping of digital processes in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure is an advantage
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Integrative, communicative personality with assertiveness
- Independent, solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
